RETURN POLICY - You can return your item bought within 7days for any reason less shipping and handling and a 5% restocking fee with original receipt. The item you return must be in new original condition. We will not except any used items as we do not sell used products. You must email us first and receive a response from us before sending anything back.

Please notify us via e-mail at
sales@ExtravagantNecessities.com  within 7 days after you have received the product and specify in your e-mail whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund. Please be sure to include:

  1. The designer and description of the item for replacement or refund.

  2. We appreciate that you could also provide us the reason for the replacement or refund in your email in order for us to serve you better in your future purchase.

  3. Please return all products in the original box or packaging.

  4. You must pay for shipping costs. Collect shipping will be refused. For your own protection, you may wish to insure the product you are returning. If you choose not to insure and we do not receive the product - the liability is yours.

WARRANTY - All of our items are quality products from the design manufacturers. We do not sell any replicas or imitations. Shipping is paid by the consumer for replacements.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER? - You can cancel your order within 12 hours after you have placed your order. We appreciate that you could inform us the reason to cancel in your email in order for us to serve you better in your future purchase. The cancellation period is within 1 hour after you have placed your order. Please inform us through email regarding your cancellation at sales@ExtravagantNecessities.com

WHAT IS A BACKORDER? - Backorder refers to an item/s that are currently not in stock by the design manufacturer. You will be notified via e-mail if the stock is not available. For re-order we will tell you approximately when the stock will arrive, or we will suggest a replacement item which has the similar look or style. In most of the cases, these items are on order from the designers and we are awaiting the items for final delivery to us.

You will be notified via e-mail within 1-2 business days about the estimated delivery date if your order is on backorder. You have the right to cancel the order within 24 hours after you have received our e-mail about the backorders, if you so wish.

If we do not receive any e-mail from you regarding the cancel order, we will proceed with the delivery upon arrival of the stock items.


We are happy to offer customers an alternative to canceling an order. You have the ability to choose a substitute item from any designer. In line with our policy to provide quality customer service, we will also suggest a style for the replacement item. Any price differences will be charged to your card provided in your order form. (You will be notified via e-mail about the price differences for the replacement item before your card is charged).

For the replacement item, you are not required to re-submit a new order. Just e-mail us the selected charm or bracelet and any corresponding item number and description as soon as possible after you have received our e-mail regarding the replacement (should you choose not to cancel the order) and we’ll handle the rest. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS? - If your order totals $100 or more, your shipping and handling is FREE! If your order is $99.99 or less shipping charges are $5.00 for USPS  - PRIORITY MAIL for most items depending on weight and location of delivery . We DO NOT ship International.  If you would like your package shipped overnight, please contact us at (972) 712-8160 or email us at sales@ExtravagantNecessities.com and we will quote you shipping costs.
