WHAT IS A BACKORDER? -
Backorder refers to an item/s that
are currently not in stock by the design manufacturer. You will be notified
via e-mail if the stock is not available. For re-order we will tell you
approximately when the stock will arrive, or we will suggest a replacement
item which has the similar look or style. In most of the
cases, these items are on order from the designers and we are awaiting the
items for final delivery to us.
You will be notified via e-mail within 1-2 business days about the estimated
delivery date if your order is on backorder. You have the right to cancel
the order within 24 hours after you have received our e-mail about the
backorders, if you so wish.
If we do not receive any e-mail from you regarding the cancel order, we will
proceed with the delivery upon arrival of the stock items.
We are happy to offer customers an alternative to canceling an order. You
have the ability to choose a substitute item from any designer. In line with
our policy to provide quality customer service, we will also suggest a style
for the replacement item. Any price differences will be charged to your card
provided in your order form. (You will be notified via e-mail about the
price differences for the replacement item before your card is charged).
For the replacement item, you are not required to re-submit a new order.
Just e-mail us the selected charm or bracelet and any corresponding item
number and description as soon as possible after you have received our
e-mail regarding the replacement (should you choose not to cancel the order)
and we’ll handle the rest. You can email us at

If your order totals $100 or more, your shipping and handling is FREE! If
your order is $99.99 or less shipping charges are $5.00 for USPS - PRIORITY
MAIL for most items depending on weight and location of delivery . We DO NOT ship International. If you would
